Overview

• Pad/Lot Certification
  Certification of pads according to grading plans and maximum deviation between spot elevations and grading plan elevations (or design grade).

• ATLA Surveys
  Maps the property's boundaries but also provides the location of improvements on the property (such as extensions, buildings, fences, roads, utility lines etc.), as well as, the location of all access points and easements.

• Final Line & Grade Certification
  Certifies parcel according to grading plans and maximum deviation between spot elevations and grading plan elevations (or design grade).

• Topographic Surveys
  Locates all surface features of a property, and depicts all natural features and elevations.

Currently, our services are available in California, North Carolina, Florida, and Nevada with scheduling available for July 2026 in Texas. We adhere to the professional and ethical standards set forth by the Board. In all states of operation, we work in conjunction with a state-licensed surveyor partner. We look forward to expanding our services to additional states in the upcoming months.
